As far as Rping goes, are we allowed to do that in any hall/area of the school as long as we have permission if it's somebody else's dorm?

You are allowed to RP in the Hallways or any other sort of area that is similar to that. If it is a dorm then you have to have permission from the student in the dorm to role play there.
