Herl's apartment

Room Number: Is an apartment in a residential building not far from the school. It's a tall elegant building with only one apartment per floor. Herl tried to get the penthouse, but it was already occupied, so he owns the 11th floor's one. It was a gift from his parents.

Traffic: He just moved there, and has no friends in town yet, but when gets enough, you can consider his place the party house.

Weeeellllll.. Since this hasn't come up before, I'm not sure if we are taking apartments or not.. oO.

It would mean we'd have to make a whole new category and such. So I'm going to leave this one up to Zack since he is the main admin and that shall be his decision.
