Back story:

History: Chelsea doesn't like to talk of her life. She had an abusive father growing up. When she was 12, a teacher finally alerted the authorities when she went to school one day with bruises coating her arms, a black eye, and a cut down the side of her neck. She's been passed around to 10 different foster families since then. Her current foster parents decided to enroll her in Whisper Hallow Academy so she would have interaction from people her age.
