my main character (colin) has 2 friends who are at whisper hallow high with him so do i have to make an account and a character/dorm/schedule for each individual?

No, you may not. In this website, you are only allowed to have one character per person, meaning that you are not allowed to have more than one character. If you really want Colin to have his friends here at WHA, you will have to get others that will play these characters for you. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
