I apologize; right now I would be saying that your dorm had been added to the forum, but that's not the case.

I'm currently experiencing technical difficulties with adding new subcategories to this forum; I'll try to have this matter sorted out at once, but until then I'm afraid that your character is short of a dorm ;;

If you actually want to make this a plot device (by all means go ahead!) I suggest you share a room with a female friend of yours until your dorm is created.
