| Maria casually walked along the seemingly incessant row of lockers, in search of her own. Having just arrived at the school, she was dressed in the informal attire of skinny jeans and a black pullover hoodie- certainly not the school's uniform, which ended up in her recieving uneasy glances from the students as she passed them by.
Mind, out of all the students she had passed that Winter morning, none had greeted her. The atmosphere just felt somehow more tense than her previous school, and, being the generally quiet girl she was, Maria had a tendency not to mix well with too many people.
...42...42- 42! Her locker key firmly in grasp, she turned over the locker's number repetitively in her mind, only really concentrating on the number itself. All in all, she wasn't at all paying attention to where she was going, her head facing the lockers as she passed by.

| Cyra had walked to her locker in order to get herself a book she needed. She didn't really know why she did it, math wasn't her strongest class, and she wouldn't be able to do the homework by herself anyways. Maybe she should ask Matt to help her after all?
She was so rounded up in those thoughts that she didn't look where she was going once she closed the locker. She turned around only to walk straight into some poor student. Cyra fell down on the floor. She rubbed her head and looked up at the girl. New student? Probably. "Sorry, I wasn't looking where I was going."

| Maria just wasn't in sync that morning. She always had been a ditzy girl, her head more often than not up in the clouds, rather than on earth.
Everything just happened so fast. There she was, walking through a hall, in a failed attempt to find her locker. The next? Just recovering from a minor strike, most likely accidental.
A flicker of red passed by her eyes, as the girl she bumped to was sent crashing to the floor.
The was an immediate apology. Not from Maria. But from the person on the floor, who seemed to be rubbing her head.
Maria almost choked with guilt, instantaneously offering her hand to support the poor girl.
"Don't be sorry. It's my fault- it was me who wasn't paying attention. Is you head alright? I mean... I- I-OH MY GOSH! I'm sorry!"

| (( Sorry for the late reply, I've been busy >.<;; ))
Cyra kept rubbing her head, and had to smile a little at her apologies. She reached out her hand to grab the girls, as she offered to help her up, but as the girl exclaimed "OMIGOSH!" Cyra looked at her hand. There was blood there. She quickly touched the area of her head where it hurt again, and sure enough there was blood. She sighed and used her other hand to get up. "Could you help me get to the nurses office?" She asked with a faint smile, she could feel that she wasn't standing completely straight.

| [[ No biggie- it happens all the time ]] Inside Maria was panicking like a headless chicken, as she saw the blood beginning to emerge. It wasn't like she was scared of blood, or anything, just that she (naturally) was disturbed that she'd caused this. By complete contrast, the other girl seemed to have a much calmer approach, upon noticing the blood. She didn't really 'freak out' like most girls Maria saw, and only sighed before asking her to escort her to the Nurse's office. Maria was about to accept- after all, it was her who had knocked the poor girl over, but immediately hesitated, realizing the situation. "Urm..." she didn't know how to talk without sounding completely useless, "I'm sorry but I don't know where the nurse's office is..." | |

| Cyra noticed how freaked out the other girl was. She herself should be the one to freak out, but she guessed adrenaline and a life of clumsiness caused her to be quite calm. She placed a hand on a locker to be able to stand straight and laughed. "Don't worry, I know where it is. I just need some support so I don't fall over. My head is feeling a little light." She smiled. What a bizarre situation, here she was, trying to calm down the girl that wasn't hurt. It was quite ironic, wasn't it? | |

| Maria was truly astounded by this girl's behaviour. She was just so cool collected and collected about the situation upfront, and was laughing, much to her amazement.
Reaching into her pockets, she produced a few tissues, which she always carried spare- as she was prone to the common cold. "I know it's not much, but it's the best I can do for the time being..." She pressed the tissue lightly against the girl's head, motioning for her to hold it in place with her free hand.
"Sorry about this." she murmured as she offered to support her from the locker-side, wrapping the girl's arm around her neck.
"So, which direction we heading?"

| Cyra smiled at the girl. "Thanks, it's more than enough." She replied. The girl seemed to be calming down a little. That was good, it removed much of her tension. "Don't worry about it. It was as much my fault as it was yours. I wasn't looking where I was going either." She admitted, since the girl seemed to be tracking down on herself. She motioned towards the nurses office with her head. "That way, and then up the stairs at the end of the corridor." | |

| She's actually...taking some of the blame for herself? Now this certainly was a first. If something would've happened like this at her old school, there'd most likely have been some sort of fight- over who was to blame. Then again, she hadn't gone to the best school in her area... "Ready..."Slowly, Maria set off for the nurse's office, with the girl in tow, upon recieving the neccessary directions. "Just a bit more to go..."-- And on that note, I dub this thread officially closed!
